at "Summer Open Exhibition" as part of the Worcester Festival
Pitt Studio and Gallery, Worcester, UK
A wooden crate with plastic wrapping. From it can be heard the sound of running water. On top of it is a small hammer. Written on the front is graffittied 'Hit Me'. When struck with the hammer, the crate emits the sound of braking glass from the point of impact.
The piece suggests hidden spaces and produces unexpected sounds from explorative/destructive action.
